In study, issue problems restoring considered using ectodomain an insulin receptor-related receptor (ectoIRR) as example. paper presents consistent approach problem, starting determination general ab initio reconstruction modeling rigid bodies (using molecular tectonics), hybrid methods, analysis profiles singular vector decomposition.
